The creators of The Simpsons and Futurama are at it again. Disenchantment is not your ordinary fantasy animation. It follows the story of Bena, a medieval princess who does not care for the rules. She does not want to be one of those typical princesses that would marry a prince and happily ever after. She just does what she pleases including living a carefree life and drinking lots of alcohol. Aggretsuko is a show like Bojack Horseman, it features a world full of anthropomorphic animals. The star of the show is a red panda that works in an accounting firm in Japan. Feeling restrained all day, she unleashes her inner beast at night when she sings death metal karaoke. The show is based on a Sanrio character with the same name.
Paradise PD
This animated comedy show focuses on the mishaps and shortcomings of a police precinct. The police department in the small town where it is located does not really do a great job of protecting its citizens. Paradise PD features a silly and pop culture-ish type of humor.
Big Mouth
Big mouth features pre-teens going through puberty, but this does not make it appropriate for audiences in those ages. It is a show that adults can relate to because it is sort of a retelling of how adolescence and hormones and all that stuff felt like.
